1. Return Window
1.1 You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
1.2 Returned items must arrive at our facility no later than 14 days from the date of delivery.
1.3 Any requests made beyond the 7-day window may be denied.
2. Return & Refund Conditions
2.1 All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
2.2 If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping fees.
2.3 Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
2.4 Evidence of wear, damage, removed tags, or other signs of use may lead to refusal of the return.
3. Restocking Fee for Change-of-Mind Returns
3.1 For returns that are not due to a product defect or our error, a restocking fee (e.g., $3.00) will be deducted from your refund.
3.2 This fee helps cover repackaging, inspection, and processing costs.
4. Refund Methods & Processing
4.1 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4.2 Once your returned item is inspected and approved, refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process.

5. No Direct Exchanges
5.1 We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
5.2 If you wish to order a different size, color, or style, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Shipping Costs
6.1 Unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
6.2 Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.
6.3 We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. For your security, consider using a trackable shipping service.
7. International Orders
7.1 International shipping fees are non-refundable unless we have made an error.
7.2 Customs duties, taxes, or other related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
