9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KORVIBE (the “Seller”) is domiciled, provided that any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply and supersede where relevant.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Except where prohibited by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by an internationally recognized arbitration body selected by the Seller. The place of arbitration and the language shall be determined by the Seller, unless your local law requires otherwise.
10.2 The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
10.3 Unless prohibited by applicable law, the arbitration shall proceed solely on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
10.4 If the Seller is the prevailing party, you shall reimburse the Seller for all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in connection with the dispute, to the fullest extent permitted by your local law.
11. Changes to Terms
11.1 We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website.
11.2 Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
